Jogaza Credentialing (“Jogaza”, “we”) helps nurse practitioners, counselors, social workers and other clinicians get credentialed with insurance companies. This policy explains what we collect on credentialing.jogaza.com, how we use it and who we share it with.
What we collect
- What you give us when you enroll: your name, email, phone number, practice details and the insurance plans you want.
- What credentialing requires: your NPI, licenses, DEA registration, education, work history, malpractice insurance, and the documents you upload.
- Records of our calls, emails and texts with you and with insurance companies about your applications.
- Basic technical data, such as your browser type, needed to run and secure the site.
How we use it
Only to provide our services: to prepare and submit your credentialing applications, follow up with insurance companies, remind you before credentials expire, and contact you about your file. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
- Insurance companies, Medicare, Medicaid, CAQH and similar organizations, when you ask us to credential you with them.
- Service providers that run our service for us, such as hosting, secure document storage, email, and phone and text message delivery. They may use your information only to provide those services to us.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
Text messages
If you agree to receive texts from us, we use your mobile number only to send the messages described in our text message terms. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the sharing described above: they will not be shared with any third parties. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or HELP for help.
How we protect it
Your information is stored with access limited to our credentialing staff. Documents are kept in private storage and opened through short-lived links. We never ask for your passwords by text, and our texts never include your full Social Security number.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time. We keep records only as long as needed to provide our services or as the law requires.
